The hand-dyed effect really does look like suede up close, it’s got that soft, matte depth that plain cotton just doesn’t have. I’m already planning a second project with it because the color richness is exactly what my upholstery needed.

I was worried cotton couldn't mimic suede, but this fabric's hand-dyed finish is so soft and rich. Cut into it for a pillow cover and the depth of the cherry color immediately made the project look expensive.

The color depth is incredible—it looks even richer in person than on the screen. I've already used it for a throw pillow cover and the hand-dyed suede effect is spot-on, and it sews beautifully without fraying.
