The little dots are so evenly printed that they look like tiny hand-stitches from a distance. Cut perfectly straight for piecing and presses flat without any shifting, which I really appreciate. This burgundy is rich without being too dark, just right for a subtle pop of pattern.

I used a fat quarter of this burgundy chambray to make a baby quilt top, and the dots are so subtle they add just enough interest without screaming for attention. The cotton feels nice to hand-press, too.

The dot pattern is perfectly even and the weave feels substantial without being stiff, which made my patchwork seams lay flat. The burgundy shade is rich and muted, exactly the subtle texture I was after for my quilt backing.
