These nets finally stopped my metallic thread from sliding off the cone mid-stitch, and the loose weave lets the thread feed smoothly without snagging. A simple fix that saves me so much frustration.

I’d been battling thread puddling on my metallic spools for months, so these nets are a lifesaver — they fit snugly over the cone and stop the mess completely.

The loose netting is just loose enough to hold slippery trilobal polyesters in check without crushing the thread, and it slides on and off the cone in seconds. My metallic threads finally stopped sliding down into a tangled mess mid-stitch, which alone makes these worth every penny.
