I was looking for a white background fabric that wasn't plain, and the pears on this yardage are painted in such a soft watercolor style. It's light enough for fussy cutting around the fruit motifs, and the cotton feels smooth to the touch.

The deep red poinsettias really pop against the white background, and the fabric feels substantial without being stiff. I'm using it for a holiday table runner and it pressed beautifully with no wrinkles.

I was pleasantly surprised by how crisp and clean the white base looks against the red poinsettias; it's perfect for a festive quilt. The fabric feels sturdy like good quality quilting cotton should.
