The herringbone weave gives this fabric such a rich texture that plain stripes can't match, and the orange is a true statement shade. I've already washed a test swatch and the color held beautifully, which is exactly what I needed for a quilt that'll get lots of use.

The orange stripe is even more vibrant in person, and the fabric has a nice, sturdy weight for quilting. I’m already thinking of what to pair it with from my stash.

Just got this in the mail and the herringbone stripe pattern is so crisp it almost looks woven rather than printed. The orange really pops against the neutral threads in the stripe, I can already picture it as a quilt border.
