Ink & Nectar Batiks - Sunny Boy - Yardage

The batik print on this Sunny Boy yardage has such a lively, saturated color that it really pops against the softer background tones. I’ve used it for a quilt backing, and the fabric sewed up smoothly without any fraying issues.

The hand of this fabric is incredibly smooth and soft—it took my quilting needle without any resistance. The sunny yellow print has a gorgeous depth that catches the light differently from every angle. I’ve already started planning a second project with the leftover yardage.

The color depth on this batik is stunning—the hand-dyed effect gives it so much more character than plain quilter's cotton. I've already cut into it for a table runner and the fabric held up beautifully through the needle.
