I was a little worried the geometric pattern would be too bold, but it blends beautifully with my larger batik prints. The cotton has a nice hand feel and is easy to piece.

The scale of these Tjap prints is just right for a blender—close up it reads tonal, but from across the room it adds lovely texture to my quilt tops. The kiwi shade is true and saturated, and the hand feels like a quality quilting cotton. Already planning to order more yardage for a second project.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this tonal print coordinates with my brighter batiks without competing. The small-scale geometric pattern adds just the right amount of texture.
