I’ve been using this 50wt thread for piecing, and the 1422-yard spool lasts through multiple projects without needing a new one. The sheen is noticeable but not overpowering, which works well for my quilting.

The mercerization really gives it that lovely sheen, and it glides through my machine without a single break on dense quilting. Have already bought three more spools for upcoming projects.
