I’m so glad I picked up this yardage for a quilt backing—the midnight blue has a subtle depth that works with both rustic and modern fabrics. The cotton feels soft and was easy to piece without fraying.

The deep midnight background really makes the tiny floral pops stand out, exactly what I needed for a dark quilt border. This yardage has a nice crisp hand but still drapes well for a shirtdress I’m planning.
