The eagle and flag motif on this sand-toned fabric is crisp and perfectly centered, so cutting it for a quilt border was a breeze. It’s got that sturdy quilting-weight feel I’ve come to expect from this kind of yardage, and the colors stayed true after a pre-wash.

This sand-colored yardage has just the right weight for a quilt backing, and the eagle motif isn’t too overpowering. I’m already planning a second project with the leftovers—it washes up nicely with no fading.

The patriotic eagle and flag motifs are perfect for the quilt I'm making for my dad, who's a history buff. The sand background is softer than plain white and makes the red and blue really pop. Fabric has a nice weight to it and didn't fray much when I pre-washed it.
