I used this for a quilted throw and the cotton has this soft, almost brushed suede feel that photographs beautifully. The peppermint color has real depth in person, way richer than the flat swatch online. Sewed up with barely any fraying too.

The color depth on this Cherrywood fabric is unreal, it honestly looks and feels like buttery suede even though it's 100% cotton. I've been sewing a quilt top and the hand-dyed richness makes every piece catch the light differently.

The hand-dyed cotton really does have that soft suede look, which surprised me since I expected a flatter quilting fabric. Only gripe is the peppermint shade reads a bit lighter in person than on screen, so order a swatch first if the exact tone matters.
