Soulstice 39866 11 Cloud Fabric

The earthy floral pattern came out exactly as pictured, and the fabric is soft yet has enough body for precise piecing. I already washed it once and was relieved the colors didn't bleed at all.

This yardage has such a gentle hand to it—the weave feels slightly airy, which makes the soft floral motifs sit nicely without feeling stiff. I’m already picturing it in a quilt backing, and the warm earthy tone blends better with my other fabrics than I expected.

The colors are even softer in person than on screen, and the fabric has that gentle, cozy feel that makes you want to sew something slow and calming. I bought a yard for a quilt backing, and the earthy floral pattern is so peaceful it's already become my favorite piece in the stash.
