I was worried it would be too pale, but the delicate blossom print adds just the right amount of detail for a quilt backing. The fabric has a lovely soft hand, too.

The taupe background is much richer in person than it appeared on screen, and the delicate blossom sprigs have a lovely hand that pressed beautifully for my quilt top. I've already used a yard for a baby quilt and am ordering more for the backing.
