Grunge Basics Curry Yardage

The washed-out, almost dusty look of these yardages is exactly what my quilt needed to tone down brighter prints, and the fabric’s hand feel is soft but sturdy for piecing. I’ve already cut into three different colors and they all blend beautifully without shouting at each other.

I was a little unsure how these would read next to bolder prints, but the subtle, almost dusty tones of this yardage work perfectly as a neutral background. The texture is nice and soft to the touch, and the color held up well after the first pre-wash.
