Category: Notions

Description: Fusible Polymesh CutAway is used to stabilize lightweight woven fabrics or knits, to maintain softness of the fabric, while providing strength to hold embroidery stitches through washing and wearing. Soft enough to allow for direct contact with skin. Use with light-colored fabrics to prevent stabilizer show-through. Great for stabilizing entire quilt blocks before embroidering. White, 15" wide x 10yds long.

Finally, a cutaway that keeps my knits feeling like fabric instead of cardboard after embroidery. The fusible side adheres evenly with just a quick press, and the roll’s 15-inch width covers most of my hoop sizes without piecing. Washed it twice already and the stitches haven’t budged.

Claire ★★★★★

I love how this mesh keeps my lightweight knits from puckering under the embroidery machine while still feeling like fabric, not plastic. The 15-inch width is perfect for cutting multiple hoop-sized pieces in one go.

Ella ★★★★☆

The fusible side works well for a stable hold, and I like how the mesh still lets the fabric breathe. It held up fine through the first wash on a cotton knit, though I wish the roll was a bit wider for larger projects.
