Bridgeport Bridgeport Blooms Black Fabric

The floral pattern is so beautifully detailed it looks almost painted on, and the black background makes the colors pop perfectly for my next quilt project. Cut a few test squares and the fabric handled beautifully without fraying.

This black fabric has a nice weight to it—not too stiff, which made cutting and piecing a breeze. The subtle texture gives the floral print a bit of depth, even with the darker background. I’m already planning another project with it.

The floral pattern is so elegant and the colors are exactly the soft, refined tones I was hoping for in a quilt backing. The yardage is generous and the weave feels substantial, so it should hold up beautifully to frequent washing.
