Anthology Batik Chameleon Lime Fabric

The swirling lime pattern really pops against the darker teal sections, and the fabric's got that lovely waxy batik finish that makes it feel substantial without being stiff. I've already used it for a quilt backing and the colors haven't faded a bit after washing.

The hand-feel on this batik is what sold me—it's soft but has that subtle wax-resist texture you can actually see up close, and the lime shifts beautifully in natural light. I've already cut into it for a quilt backing and the colors stayed crisp after a prewash. Just wish I'd ordered more yardage.

The color is absolutely electric in person, and the batik's delicate texture gives it a handcrafted feel that really makes a quilt pop. I'm already planning a second project with it because the fabric is just so easy to work with.
