The blues and greens in this print are so subtle and dreamy, just like the watercolor style promised. I cut into it for a quilt backing and the matte finish gives it a lovely, soft hand.

I was nervous the matte finish would dull the print, but the watercolor daisies have this lovely soft depth that makes the fabric feel almost like a painting. The 2-yard cut gave me plenty to work with for a quilt backing, and the gentle flowing pattern hides seam lines beautifully.

The colors are so much softer and more blended in person than on my screen—that watercolor effect really does look like painted daisies. I've already cut into it for a backing and the hand-dyed feel gives the whole quilt a dreamy, delicate vibe.
