The hand of this fabric is incredibly soft for a batik, and the charcoal base make the bright prints pop beautifully. I already have a quilt top planned around the little bird motifs. It pressed up nicely with no fraying issues.

The charcoal base really lets those muted batik accents pop, and the hand-feel is perfect for a summer quilt top. Fabric stayed crisp and true through the wash, no fraying or fading at the seams. I'm already planning a second project with it.

I love how the dark charcoal background makes the bright batik splashes stand out—perfect for my modern quilt blocks. The fabric has a nice, soft hand that presses well without too much starch. My only small gripe is that the Tjap-printed pattern isn’t perfectly aligned on every cut.
