The yellow is softer and more muted than I expected, like a warm sunset—perfect for a quilt backing. The fabric has a nice, smooth hand that made cutting the geometric pattern a breeze. I’m already planning a coordinating pillow using these desert tones.

I’ve been looking for desert-inspired prints that aren’t too loud, and this yellow yardage hits that balance perfectly—the geometric pattern echoes the canyons without overwhelming the eye. The fabric has a nice weight for quilting, and the pale tone makes it easy to pair with other warm colors.

The pale yellow base is so much softer in person, almost like warm sand, and those geometric lines pop beautifully against it. I've already cut into it for a pillow project and the yardage feels sturdy without being stiff, which is exactly what I hoped for.
