After struggling with standard pins that left big holes in my delicate silk appliqué, these 3/4-inch pins are exactly what I needed. They hold the fabric layers flat without snagging or shifting.

The heads are nice and thin, so they slide through tight corners without shifting my fabric—these 3/4-inch pins are exactly what I needed for small appliqué pieces. A full 150 in the box means I won’t run out mid-project.

I was a bit skeptical about the 3/4-inch length, but they’re actually long enough to hold fabric layers securely without poking through to your fingers. The fine points glide through cotton smoothly, which made my appliqué project much less frustrating.
