I used this fabric to line a little basket for homemade cookies, and the gingham pattern gives it such a cheerful, kitchen-y feel. It’s soft to the touch but still sturdy enough for sewing.

The pastel hues in this fabric are even softer in person, and the little baking motifs are perfectly spaced for fussy-cutting. I've already used it to line a pie basket and the weight feels just right for that kind of project.
