The earthy browns and greens in this print are exactly what I was hoping for—they pick up the rustic feel without being muddy. It’s going to look incredible as a backing for my next camping-themed quilt.

The fabric has a wonderful weight to it, not too flimsy and not too stiff, which made sewing a breeze. The landscape print is even richer in person, with shades that perfectly capture a misty morning in the woods.

I was looking for something with a bit more depth than my usual solid fabrics, and this yardage's rustic texture and earthy browns fit the bill perfectly. The print of the elk and the subtle plaid background looks even better in person. It sewed up smoothly for a simple throw pillow cover.
