The hand-feel on this rayon batik is honestly dreamy—it drapes like a heavier silk but sews up without slipping around too much. That pale lime has just enough mottled depth to make a quilt back look expensive, and the yardage was cut clean and true.

I was a little worried the soft lime might wash out, but the batik wax lines hold the pattern beautifully. The hand of this rayon is just lovely for a breezy summer blouse—light and airy without any stiffness.

The batik pattern is so vibrant in this pale lime, and the rayon feels incredibly smooth with just the right amount of weight for a flowing summer top. I’ve already washed it twice and the color hasn’t faded one bit, which is exactly what I hoped for with a hand-dyed fabric.
