I was pleasantly surprised by how well the 72 1/2"x 90" size covers my queen bed, and the grunge fabric's washed-out texture gave the pattern a subtle, vintage feel.

The way these grunge fabrics blend with the bolder star patches creates exactly the vintage, lived-in look I was hoping for. I've already cut into the kit and the 72x90 size is generous for a nice lap quilt. The fabric washes beautifully without losing that soft, muted feel.
