The batik is beautifully saturated—the mini carnation print has such crisp, tiny petals that really pop. I’m using it for a quilt border and it’s holding up perfectly after a pre-wash with no fraying at all.

I cut a mask from this fabric and the batik dyes gave it a lovely depth that solid cottons lack. The hand is soft but sturdy enough for piecing, and the mini flowers are perfectly scaled for small projects.

The color saturation in this batik is really rich—the carnelian tones pop beautifully against the white background. I’ve washed it once and the colors didn’t bleed at all, which was a relief. The fabric has a nice, soft hand that’s perfect for my next quilt project.
