The teal background on this deer print is so rich and saturated, exactly what I needed for a quilt border. It pressed beautifully without any bleeding, and the 44-inch width gave me plenty of room to cut my strips.

The fabric’s got that lovely batik texture, so it feels slightly waxy and smooth as I iron it for my quilt backing. The teal is rich and even, and the deer print is crisp enough to read from across the room. I’ve already ordered more yardage because it’s exactly the shade I was picturing.

The deep teal and deer motif are even more vivid in person, and the batik texture adds a nice subtle hand to the fabric. I'm already planning a second project around it.
