I was pleasantly surprised how well this golden fabric holds its color even after multiple washes. That slightly washed-out look is exactly what I needed for my patchwork quilt, and it cuts cleanly without fraying too much.

The slightly mottled texture blends perfectly with my brighter prints without overwhelming them. This will be my go-to neutral for future quilting projects.

I needed a subtle background for my quilt blocks, and this fabric’s low-contrast, almost dusty gold tone fits the bill perfectly. It sewed up nicely with no fraying issues, though I’d say the color is slightly more muted in person than the photo shows.
