Forest Trails - Paisley & Flowers - Gray - Yardage

The batik texture gives it a soft, subtle depth that photos don’t fully capture, and the gray background makes the flowers pop without feeling busy. I’m already planning a second project with the leftovers because the yardage is generous and easy to work with.

I ordered this for a quilt backing, and the gray background really makes those subtle batik flowers pop without being too loud. The fabric feels nice and soft, almost like it’s been pre-washed.

The paisley pattern has such a soft, almost watercolor feel against the gray that it's hard to believe it's a batik—the subtle texture shifts make it perfect for a quilt backing. I've already cut into two yards for a table runner and the drape is lovely.
