I was pleasantly surprised at how soft this fabric feels for something that looks like suede. The hand-dyed finish gives it a depth that makes any project look more expensive. Already planning my next yardage purchase.

The cherrywood color is even richer in person, and the fabric moves like real suede without the weight. I’ve already used it for a throw pillow and the depth it adds is stunning.

I ordered a yard for a quilt border and the fabric has this soft, brushed suede feel that I wasn't expecting from 100% cotton. The hand-dyed color has slight variations throughout, which gives the whole thing more depth than a flat solid. Cut and sewed with almost no fraying, which I appreciated.
