I was worried the hand-dyed color would look flat in person, but this sky blue has real depth and the suede-like finish is so soft. It sewed up beautifully for a throw pillow and the 100% cotton held its shape.

I bought this for a quilt backing and the suede-like finish is what sold me — it's hard to believe it's just cotton. The sky blue is a bit more muted in person than on my screen, but honestly it works better with the other fabrics I'm using.

The hand-dyed color has so much more depth than regular quilting cotton, and the suede-like finish gives my tote bags a really rich look. It sews up smoothly without fraying much, though I'd grab more yardage than you think you need since it's 100% cotton and shrinks a bit.
