Tilda - Pois Chambray - Dijon - Tessuto al metro

I’ve been looking for a mustard yellow with just a hint of pattern, and these small dots are exactly subtle enough. The cotton feels smooth and sturdy for piecing without being stiff. Already planning what to pair with this for my next quilt.

The mustard ground is exactly the warm pop I needed for a fall quilt, and those little dots read as texture without fighting the piecing. It presses flat and stays crisp through a seam, which makes chain-piecing a joy. I'm already planning a second project with the leftovers.

I was a little worried the mustard color would be too loud, but it's actually this soft, buttery tone that's perfect for summer quilts. The subtle dots are so delicate and the fabric feels lovely and smooth. Just ordered more to stock up.
