Pellon Shape-Flex® Black, 20"

I was a little worried it would be too stiff, but this fusible webbing actually gives a nice, crisp hold to my collar and cuffs without feeling bulky. It pressed on easily with my iron, and the 20-inch width left me plenty of fabric for a couple of projects.

The woven texture fuses down nice and flat without any bubbling, even around tricky collar points. Only wish it came in wider rolls for bigger projects like jacket fronts, but for facings and yokes it's a solid workhorse.

It does exactly what it says for facings and pocket openings—crisp, not stiff, and the fusible grabs evenly without bubbling. I knocked off one star because the 20" width means you'll need extra yardage for wider pattern pieces, but it's a solid workhorse for structured details.
