The raspberry color has this soft, brushed suede look that I wasn't expecting from a cotton. I used it for a quilted throw and the depth of the hand-dyed color really makes the whole thing pop.

I was skeptical that a hand-dyed cotton could really pass for suede, but the texture is surprisingly plush and soft. Sewed it into a throw pillow and the cherrywood raspberry shade adds a richness I haven't gotten from other fabrics. Drapes beautifully too.
