On the Dot Cramoisi Au mètre

The polka dots are spaced just right so they add charm without overwhelming the fabric, and the weave feels sturdy enough for both quilting and a throw pillow I’m planning. I’ve already cut into it for a table runner and the colors stayed true through the first wash.

I just finished a baby quilt with this dot fabric and the burgundy shade is exactly what I was hoping for, it pairs beautifully with cream and navy solids. The fabric pressed out nicely without any shifting, making the cutting and piecing really smooth.

The polka dots are perfectly spaced — not too crowded, not too sparse — so it works for both a big quilt backing and a simple gathered skirt. I've already washed it twice and the fabric held its shape beautifully, no fraying or fading to speak of. Just the right weight for a spring project.
