Solid Cuddle C3 - Merlot - Yardage

The 58/60 inch width gave me plenty of room to cut out my pattern without piecing, and the 3mm pile is perfectly soft for baby blankets. It's held up great after a few washes, no pilling or matting so far.

This 3mm pile feels way denser than the number suggests—it’s soft without being flimsy, and the 370-gram weight gives it a nice, substantial hand for blankets or backing. I’ve washed a swatch twice and it’s held up perfectly, no pilling or flattening so far.

The pile is just 3mm but it’s dense enough to feel plush without being too heavy, and the merlot shade is rich and even across the width. I already washed a swatch and it stayed soft with no pilling, so I’m confident using it for a baby blanket.
