The cream fabric has a lovely smooth hand that made cutting and piecing a breeze. The floral patterns are crisp and perfectly scaled for small quilt blocks. It's exactly the festive, traditional feel I wanted for my holiday runner.

Stitched a few test seams and the cream fabric glides through the machine without puckering. The cream base is a perfect neutral for the holiday florals.

The cream background really lets those festive florals pop, and the weave is tight enough that it feels sturdy for quilting without being stiff. I’m already planning a second cut for a matching table runner.
