Linen 9065-24 Red Fabric

The weave is surprisingly soft and drapes beautifully for a quilting project I'm working on. The earthy red tone is exactly what I needed, and it stays smooth even after pre-washing.

I was worried the fabric might be too stiff for a dress, but it's actually got a lovely soft drape that feels great against the skin. The weave is open enough to breathe nicely, yet it holds its shape well for gathering. Perfect for the summer top I had in mind.

The red is just the right shade—not too bright, not too dull—and the weave has that soft, textured hand I was hoping for. It pressed beautifully and held its shape through the whole quilt, which made the project feel extra special.
