Dry Brush Paradise Blue Yardage #404

The print has such a lovely painterly quality, and the blue is even more nuanced in person with subtle brushstroke variations. I'm already planning a quilt backing that will let those soft artistic details really shine through.

The blue is such a soft, calming shade, and the fabric has a nice, smooth hand that makes it easy to cut and sew. I’m using it for a quilt backing and the watercolor effect is exactly as described.

The brushstroke pattern really does have that watercolor feel once you see it up close, it’s softer than I expected for a cotton print. I’m already planning a quilt back with this blue—it blends without being too loud.
