بلوم آند غرو تان لينن لوحة من كاثي شميتز لمودا فابريكس

I love how each of the six summery scenes has its own distinct feel, and the linen texture is just perfect for a light quilt. The colors are exactly what I hoped for, and the panel cut cleanly without fraying.

The leafy framing around each scene makes it feel like a finished piece straight off the bolt, so I didn’t even need to add borders. I’ve already got two of the six panels cut for a quilt top, and the linen texture is just right for summer.

The six summertime scenes each have their own little story, and the leafy frames make it so easy to fussy-cut into individual projects. I’m already planning two wall hangings and a table runner from this single panel.
