I was a bit skeptical about cotton mimicking suede, but this fabric has a rich, velvety texture that feels surprisingly substantial. The raisin cherry color is deep and warm, perfect for adding sophistication to a simple throw pillow.

The hand-dyed finish really does mimic suede beautifully, giving my quilt a rich, velvety texture. This raisin shade adds such deep, warm color that plain cotton just can't match. I'm already planning another project with it.

The cotton has a soft, suede-like nap that gives my throw pillows way more depth than plain quilting fabric. It sewed up smoothly and the raisin color is rich without being too dark. I've already ordered more for a lap quilt.
