I used this for a quilt backing and the suede-like finish gives it a weight and texture I didn't expect from plain cotton. The Prussian blue shifts a little in different light, which makes the whole quilt look richer. It sewed up with almost no fraying, too.

I bought two yards for a quilt backing and the suede-like texture gives it such a rich, expensive feel. It's 100% cotton but doesn't look like any cotton I've sewn with before, and the depth of color is stunning in person.

The hand-dyed finish really does mimic suede beautifully—the depth of color shifts subtly as the light hits it, which added so much richness to my quilt backing. It’s surprisingly soft for 100% cotton, and it pressed out smoothly without any stiffness.
