The hand-dyed cotton really does read like suede in person, and the tarragon color has this depth that shifts depending on the light. I used it for throw pillows and the yardage cut cleanly with barely any fraying.

I was worried "faux suede" would feel plastic-y, but this 100% cotton has a soft, brushed nap that drapes beautifully. Used it for a quilted jacket and the tarragon color shifts subtly in different light.

The hand-dyed finish really does mimic suede, so my throw pillows look way pricier than the $20 I spent on materials. The tarragon hue shifts a bit in sunlight, which I wasn't expecting but ended up loving. Cotton presses beautifully too, no shine like the cheaper stuff I've used.
