The hand-dyed suede look on this cotton is unreal, way richer in person than any photo shows. Made curtains for my studio and the acid green shifts slightly in different light, which I love. It's stiff off the bolt but softens up after a wash.

That acid green is even richer in person, and the hand-dyed finish gives it a soft suede-like texture that photographs don't capture. I used it for a quilt border and the cotton pressed beautifully without any stiffness.

I've sewn with a lot of cottons and this hand-dyed one feels closer to suede than anything else I've tried, with a softness you notice the second you touch it. The acid green has a depth that shifts depending on the light, and my upholstery project looks way more expensive than it was.
