The hand-dyed color has so much depth it genuinely looks like suede, not printed cotton. I used it for throw pillows and the texture gives them a richness no other fabric in my stash could match.

I bought two yards for a quilt backing and the suede-like finish on this cotton is unlike anything I've sewn with before. It drapes beautifully and the color has real depth to it, not flat like regular dyed cotton. Already eyeing another color for curtains.
