The yellow is warmer in person than on my screen, almost like a soft mustard, and it really does feel like suede even though it's 100% cotton. I used it for a quilted pillow cover and the hand-dyed color shifts slightly across the yard, which gave the whole thing more depth.

I was skeptical that a cotton could actually feel like suede, but this one really does — soft, almost brushed, with none of the stiffness I expected. Made curtains for my dining room and the hand-dyed color has a depth that flat fabric just can't match.

The yellow is rich and saturated, and the suede-like hand of this cotton is unlike anything else in my stash. It quilted up with a beautiful depth that plain fabric just can't match.
