I was worried the hand-dyed color would look flat in person, but the salmon has this soft depth that shifts in different light. The cotton is sturdy enough for upholstery but still drapes nicely, and the suede look fools everyone who touches it.

I expected cotton but this feels almost like suede, soft with a slight nap that catches the light. Cut a few yards for pillow covers and the hand-dyed salmon shifts shade beautifully in the sun.

The hand-dyed suede effect is what sold me—it truly looks like real leather from a distance, and the salmon shade has so much depth. I’m already planning my next quilting project around this cotton, it feels sturdy yet soft to the touch.
